"Sandsøy Youth Club"

This little house is on the Tone og Ola's farm. Three children were born here during the 20's and only one lived to be older, Alfhild passed away in 2006 at age 78. Tone and Ola purchased it to possibly use for farm helpers. It used to have only an outhouse, but last fall Ola installed a septic tank and it was usable for our generation again. A family has lived there the past winter, but it is now vacant. The kids on the island have found it a great place to watch movies, spend the night or just hang out.

Sigrid popping her head out of one of the heat-flow-hole sin the floor. There is a wood stove downstairs as well as a small electrical heater. The holes (2 of them) lets the warm air upstairs.
