Exciting Living on a farm

Children and adults alike love the little lambs. Robin is enjoying the day at the farm.

During coffee break the emergency helicopter suddenly landed on the road below the farm. A doctor was needed and the local one had the weekend off. We witnessed the pilot set the helicopter down on a narrow one lane road, just a few feet away from power lines. It was very exciting.

The medical crew went to the patient. The pilot had to wait.

The kids thought it was very exciting to see inside the cockpit and talk to the pilot. Turns out he grew up on a sheep farm. The farmers on Altevik Farm took him to the barn on a tour.
