Clean Up Day
for the big parade on May 17th, Norway's Constitutional Day

Helge and Randi taking a break in picking trash along the road where
the May 17th parade will go.

Marcus was the only kid off school and as you can see, he did a great job cleaning up. When there was still a school on Sandsøy, it was the students' job to clean up along the roads. This hasn't been done, organized, for many, many years. Only 100 people live on Sandsøy now, so there isn't too much trash.

Gorgeous views on the way!

More cleaning up. Even the dog 'Ozzy' is helping.

Here is the 'gang': Helge, Aud, Randi, Ola and Tone.
